  • a pack of Orecchiette Biopasta
  • 400 grams of datterini or cherry tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • three tablespoons of Italian EVO oil
  • fresh basil

Fry the garlic in three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil for two minutes and then add 400 grams of cherry tomatoes cut into 4 parts and cook over medium heat for ten minutes. Cook the pasta in salted water, to taste, at the end of cooking, drain it and sauté it for two minutes together with the cherry tomato mixture. Plate it and finish the dish with chopped fresh basil, enjoy your meal.
