Recipe for 4 people ready in 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • a pack of Biopasta trofie
  • 300 grams of pine nut and basil pesto
  • 100 grams of grated parmesan
  • Italian extra virgin olive oil

Prepare the pesto with 250 grams of pine nuts, 50 grams of fresh basil, 100 grams of parmesan and three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, mix everything together for 2 minutes and the pesto will be ready. Alternatively buy 300 grams of ready-made pesto. Cook the pasta in 700 ml of salted water to taste, as soon as it is ready, drain it and add the pesto to the pasta and sauté it for about a minute over a low heat.

Serve and finish the dish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, parmesan and a fresh basil leaf, enjoy your meal.
