How to store our product

Our fresh products have a shelf life of 90 days, we recommend storing them in the fridge at a temperature of 4-5° and once the package has been opened, consume the product within 3-4 days

Packaging and Shipping

Our Organic Fresh Pasta is packaged in 450g packs in ATM, i.e. in Modified Atmosphere packs , which means using a preservation method with which an atmosphere different from the environmental one is created inside the packs.

We can say that this technology has numerous advantages such as: keeping food fresh longer, one more attractive packaging , appearance and flavor of foods unchanged .

To guarantee a fresh product , once the order has been placed through our e-commerce site we will only ship the products on Monday , Tuesday and Wednesday. In order to receive the product in the shortest time possible. Therefore all orders that we receive from 2.00pm on Wednesday to Sunday will be prepared and shipped the following Monday.

Cooking instructions

Bring the water to the boil, add salt to taste, pour in the pasta and cook for 5-6 minutes.
