How to store our product

Our fresh products have a shelf life of 90 days, we recommend storing them in the fridge at a temperature of 4-5° and once the package has been opened, consume the product within 3-4 days

Packaging and Shipping

Our Fresh Organic Pasta is packaged in packs of 450 gr in ATM, i.e. in Modified atmosphere packages means using a preservation method with which an atmosphere different from the environmental one is created inside the packages.

We can say that this technology has numerous advantages such as: keeping food fresh longer, one more attractive packaging , appearance and flavor of foods unchanged .

To ensure a fresh product , once you place your order through our e-commerce site we will go to send the products only on days Monday , Tuesday And Wednesday. In order to receive the product in the shortest time possible. Therefore all orders that we receive from 2.00pm on Wednesday to Sunday will be prepared and shipped the following Monday.

Cooking instructions

Bring the water to the boil, add salt to taste, pour in the pasta and cook for 5-6 minutes.
