Cavatelli Biopasta with beans

  • a pack of Biopasta cavatelli
  • 300 grams of pre-cooked beans
  • 100 grams of Pachino cherry tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 celery
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt
  • Italian extra virgin olive oil
  • a sprig of parsley
  • powdered black pepper

Fry the onion, carrots and celery, after a few minutes, add 100 grams of cherry tomatoes cut into quarters and cook for 5 minutes over low heat. At the end of cooking, set the mixture aside. In another pan, place two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, a clove of garlic and fry for two minutes. Immediately afterwards, pour in the pre-cooked beans and 700 ml of hot water and salt to taste.
