Ingredients

  • a pack of Biopasta orecchiette
  • 300 grams of porcini mushrooms
  • 20 grams of chopped parsley
  • a clove of garlic
  • two tablespoons of Italian extra virgin olive oil

Sauté the porcini mushrooms with extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic and deglaze with a drop of white wine. Once cooked, turn off the stove and sprinkle everything with parsley and salt to taste.

Cook the pasta in salted water, to taste, as soon as the pasta is cooked, drain it and sauté it over a high heat for a minute, together with the mushrooms.

Plate up and enjoy your meal.
