Ingredients

  • a pack of Biopasta bark
  • 300 grams of prawns
  • 300 grams of courgettes cut into small cubes
  • 50 grams of shallots
  • Italian extra virgin olive oil
  • powdered black pepper

Sauté the shelled prawns in extra virgin olive oil and deglaze them with a drop of white wine. Once cooked, set them aside and in the same pan, brown the shallots in extra virgin olive oil. Once cooked, pour in the diced courgettes, deglaze them with a drop of white wine and Cook them for 7 minutes. At the end of cooking, pour in the prawns set aside. In the meantime, cook the pasta in just enough salted water. Once cooked, pour it into the mixture and sauté it for two minutes over a high heat, plate it and finish the dish with a pinch of ground pepper, enjoy your meal.
