  • a pack of Biopasta short fusilli
  • 200 grams of white beef (for those who like a pork sausage)
  • 400 grams of strictly Italian tomato puree or peeled tomatoes.
  • half onion
  • a carrot
  • a piece of celery
  • two tablespoons of Italian EVO oil
  • Fresh basil

Cut celery, carrots and onion into small pieces and fry them for two minutes in Italian extra virgin olive oil, add the meat cut into small pieces, after two minutes, add the Italian tomato puree or peeled tomatoes and add two fresh basil leaves, cook the all for 30 minutes on low heat.

In the meantime, cook the pasta in just enough salted water, once cooked, drain the pasta and add the sauce you want to the pasta, sauté everything for a minute and plate and finish the dish with a fresh basil leaf, enjoy your meal.
