  • a pack of Biopasta strascinati
  • 200 grams of turnip greens
  • 400 grams of cod
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • four tablespoons of Italian extra virgin olive oil

Boil the turnip greens for 10 minutes in salted water, to taste. Boil the cod in water for 5 minutes and then pull the piece and dry it. In a pan, fry a clove of garlic in four tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and add the turnips and cod, frying everything for 5 minutes. In the meantime, cook the strascinati in just enough salted water. Once cooked, drain them and sauté them together with the cod and turnips for two minutes.
