  • a pack of red strascinati with crusci peppers
  • 20 grams of coarsely chopped already fried bran peppers
  • 150 grams of salted ricotta cheese, preferably goat cheese, otherwise sheep cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt
  • Italian extra virgin olive oil

Boil the pasta in water and salt to taste, three minutes before the pasta is cooked, fry the garlic in 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a large enough pan. Once cooked, pour the pasta into the pan with the hot oil and sauté it for two minutes with the oil over high heat. After two minutes, turn off the stove and pour the coarsely chopped cruschi peppers into the pan and continue sautéing for another two minutes, always with the heat off.

Serve and finish the dish with a generous grating of salted cheese and ricotta, enjoy your meal.
